Nordgold gold output rises 12% to 288,900 ounces in Jul–Sep
MOSCOW, Nov 13 (PRIME) -- The gold output of gold mining company Nordgold, controlled by Russian businessman Alexei Mordashov, rose 12% on the quarter to 288,900 ounces in July–September, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The average price of gold sales rose 12% to U.S. $1,474 per ounce in the period.
In January–September, the company’s gold production grew 12% on the year to 759,600 ounces. The average price of gold sales increased 7% to $1,371 per ounce.
